Durban City FC enjoyed a successful run to the final of the KZN Premier’s Cup before being narrowly beaten 1-0 by Richards Bay.
The tournament provided the perfect platform for head coach Gavin Hunt and the technical team to see the newly-promoted club up against some quality opposition in this popular pre-season tournament.
Earlier in the competition, we twice showed great character to come from behind – beating AmaZulu 3-2 and edging Milford FC 2-1.
